❓ Common Questions

💵 Who pays customs, duties, and import taxes?

You do. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country's regulations.

  • These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping fee
  • You pay them directly to customs or the courier
  • We're legally required to declare the full value of goods

Important: If a parcel is returned due to unpaid taxes/duties, a restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

🔄 What's your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges under these conditions:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@orniture.com
  • Ship items back within 15 days to the address we provide
  • Items must be unused, clean, with original packaging and tags
  • You're responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
  • Include tracking number—we're not responsible for lost returns

Note: "Change of mind" returns are not accepted. In exceptional cases, we may offer store credit if the item is in perfect, unused, salable condition.

If your product is defective or we sent the wrong item, you're entitled to:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund (including return shipping costs)

Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
